The therapeutic approach entails your family, your friends, a psychologist, and possibly other staff in the medical field. Cognitive behavioural therapy helps you identify unhealthy eating and unhealthy behaviours, so you are able to replace them with good habits. Interpersonal psychotherapy, addresses difficulties in your life and helps guide you through them. Other types of treatment for Bulima Nervosa include: rehab and hospitalization.
Complications you may encounter during your fight to overcome this battle may be when you experience periods of bingeing when experiencing high stress. You must learn new and healthy ways to overcome your stress. Just know that there is support all around you and you should never be afraid to talk to someone.
